Veterinary documentation must be provided to include breed, weight once fully grown, and current vaccination records at the time of occupancy.

Restricted Breeds: The following is a non-comprehensive list of dogs that are not permitted: Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, and mixes of these breeds.
